Does it reheat cold food or keep hot food warm?
It keeps hot food warm. Put dishes on it straight after cooking. It isn't designed to reheat cold leftovers.
How hot does it get?
There are 4 settings: 140°F, 176°F, 212°F and 230°F.
How big is it?
It measures 24.2 × 15.9 in, which fits 3–4 serving dishes.
Does it switch itself off?
Yes. Set the timer and it switches itself off when the timer ends.
What does the child lock do?
It locks the controls so little hands can't change the setting.
Does it have a US plug?
Yes, it comes with a US plug.
Is it safe on my table or countertop?
Use it on a flat, dry, heat-safe surface. The surface gets hot, so don't leave it unattended, and keep the cord away from children. If your table has a delicate finish, check your table's care advice first.
What dishes work best?
Flat-bottomed serving dishes work best, so the whole base sits on the mat.
How do I clean and store it?
Unplug it and let it cool completely. Wipe it with a damp cloth, then roll it up and put it away. Never put it in water or the dishwasher.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days and most arrive 6–12 business days after ordering. Delivery dates are estimates.
Will it arrive before Thanksgiving or Christmas?
Order by Nov 12 for Thanksgiving and by Dec 10 for Christmas.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship to addresses in the United States.

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund. Contact us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Read the full returns policy.
My mat arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sorry about that. Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
