Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States, and shipping is free on every order.

Holiday order dates

To get your order in time, order by November 12 for Thanksgiving and by December 10 for Christmas. These are our best estimates, not guarantees, because carriers get very busy over the holidays.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If it hasn't arrived within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Checking your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
